Exercise Advice For The Regular Person 02/07/13

Who doesn't want a nice booty and tummy? I know I am all about it.

And what is nice is that this is something you can do while watching TV, in the Gym, outside at the Park, wherever you workout.


Get in squat position, legs shoulder width apart, heads behind head, elbows out, keep that squat position as you crunch from side to side. Hello Tight Obliques.  Do 20 for 10 on each side, try 3 sets :) Picture courtesy of self magazine. :)
