Who has a sweet tooth? I know I do!
But sweets can do a lot of damage, especially if they are high in sugars and carbs.
A simple thing I have learned to do, even if it sometimes stinks, is to never add whipcream to anything.
Examples: Starbucks drinks, milkshakes from Sonic, Sundaes, etc...
Just saying no to whip cream can save you an additional 100 calories.
There are about 52 calories in 1 tablespoon of whip cream, so if you make sure to avoid the creamy stuff on all your drinks and desserts, imagine how many calories you can avoid just by simply saying "no" to a little fluff?
I think that is easy and worth it.
