Todays tip is an important one to follow...

STOP DRINKING YOUR CALORIES!

You know it is wrong to have that giant Starbucks or Jamba Juice drink. You know that Large McDonalds shake is going to go to your hips and gut.

So Stop doing it!

Make smarter choices. Me personally, I always drink water. But I have my cravings too ya know.

If I go to Starbucks I get a tall drink, no whip, non fat milk and I add cinnamon for metabolism boosting benefits.

Just be reasonable.
