Exercise Advice for the Regular Person 1/24/13

Todays Tip is a multi-tasker which is my favorite thing to do and I promise you will see a lot more multitasking workouts from me.


Today we will work our glutes and our obliques with one move you can do just about anywhere.

Stand with feet hip-width apart, hands behind head, elbows out. Squat (as shown); stand, crunching left elbow to left hip. Return to squat. Repeat on right. Alternate sides for 30 seconds.


After your workout do not forget to drink lots of water, a glass of tea and have a protein snack. I recommend the vanilla almond HERBALIFE protein bar. :)
