CIRCUIT TRAINING:
A way to emerge yourself in to this type of training is to just start small.
Something I frequently do is get on a weight machine, anyone, and do one set of 10-15 reps. Then I will get off and do jumping jacks, jog in place, push ups, calf raises, whatever, but I will do one set of these and get back on the machine.
Try doing this with three different machines and you will feel the difference. Your heart rate stays up, you are using muscle confusion by doing different workouts back to back and you are training yourself to get used to bigger rounds of circuit training.
Trust me it is worth it.
