Exercise Advice for the Regular Person 1/18/13

Todays easy exercise tip for the day has to do with simplicity:


While you are watching TV make an effort to work out during commercials.
I know you hear it all the time but it is true, every little bit of work out helps.

I do this on the regular. During the evenings while watching television with my hunny, I sit on the edge of the bed and do sit ups. You can do bicycle sit ups, regular sit ups, or for more difficulty you can do these sit ups:

sit on the edge of the bed, hands under butt, while maintaining your balance, lift your legs straight up in the air and drop them straight down to be parallel to the ground, then lift back up for one rep.

These are great for your lower abdomen....


So during commercials get your work out on, you will not regret it.
