Todays exercise tip is great for your upper body.
It is a standing push up that I do whenever I am cooking a meal in the kitchen.
Basically, you lean on the counter, hands shoulder width apart, legs out behind you just far enough to give you tension when you lean down against the counter as if you were doing a push up.
This is very easy to do, which is why I like it, and it is still effective.
I will do maybe 4 or 5 sets of about 10 reps.
So next time you are in the kitchen making an Herbalife shake, throw in a set of counter push ups.
