Get on all fours, hands shoulder width apart on ground and palms flat.
Knees bent touching ground. I want you to lift your leg up at a 90 degree angle keeping feet parallel (flat towards the ceiling) and pump it up for one rep! Pump, pump, pump! Keep that knee bent, and that foot flat and imagine your foot is trying to lift off the ceiling.
Do 10-15 whatever you can do, then switch legs and do it again.
Try 3 sets while watching TV. This is something you can do at home while your little ones play on the floor, or while ur husband watches ESPN.
If you are at the gym you can do this too! If you are feeling brave take a 5-10 pound dumbbell and place it in the fold of your knee and hold it there while completing this exercise.
Lets get our bootys nice and firm.
