Everyday Exchanges and Tips 1/24/13

Today I would love to encourage everyone to eat BREAKFAST!

It really is the most important meal of the day and it gets your metabolism going after fasting for 8 hours during your sleep.

The best thing to have is your HERBALIFE Nutrition Shake.

I use Wild Berry and I mix frozen berries, half a banana, and almond milk together for a filling and healthy breakfast.

Yummy! And then I take my vitamins with my HERBALIFE Tea and I am on my way...
