Exercise Advice for the Regular Person 1/21/13

Todays exercise advice is when to do squats!


I try to do squats as often as possible.

One perfect time to do them is when you are brushing your teeth. Since you are supposed to brush your teeth for two minutes, this is a great time to get in a workout.


2 minutes of squats everyday will get your buns and thighs and looking nice.

Extra tip: I do squats in the shower too when I am washing my hair....
